We removed the entire carcass of this property, reconfiguring the spaces and cleverly planning to add a secondary bedroom and ensuite. We opened up the back of the property with French doors onto a lovely deck. Adding detailing like panelling really added a further dimension to the space. New flooring and lighting elements like wall and pendant drops were installed to complete the cottage. Soft nautical colours were used throughout due to its close proximity to the sea.
